CaseBench is a certified marketplace for digital dentistry. It connects clinics, DSOs (dental service organizations, meaning groups that run multiple practices) and labs with vetted treatment planners, CAD designers and manufacturers. Every case is created, tracked, reviewed and paid for in one place.
Buyers: clinics, DSOs and labs that need extra design or planning capacity without hiring in-house. Providers: independent treatment planners, CAD designers and labs that want steady, well-specified work.
We're starting with clear aligner treatment planning, with more design and manufacturing services being added.
Yes. One account can switch between buying and providing, so labs can send out overflow work and take on jobs in the same place.
For buyers
Every provider applies, shares their credentials and is approved by our team before they can take work. You can see their profile, services, turnaround times and revision policy before you choose.
Providers set a fixed price per service, including turnaround time and number of revisions. You see the full price upfront. A 12% platform fee and card processing fee are shown as separate lines at checkout, so there are no surprises.
Your card is charged when a provider accepts your job. The provider isn't paid until you approve the work (or confirm delivery for physical products). If something's wrong, request a revision or raise an issue, which pauses payment.
Yes. You can invite the clinicians you work with to view and approve cases under your own workflow. They work with you, and the experience stays branded to your relationship.
Yes, you can send repeat work to your preferred providers.
For providers
Apply, complete your profile and credentials, and our team reviews it. Approval usually takes a few working days.
You receive your full listed price. The platform fee is charged to the buyer on top, never taken from your earnings. Payouts are released 5 working days after the buyer approves digital work, or after delivery is confirmed for physical work.
Early approved providers get a period where buyers pay no platform fee on their jobs, plus a chance to be selected for CaseBench Managed Services (priority work from paying buyers).
No. You keep using your own design software and upload files to the case.
Trust, security and compliance
Files are shared through secure, time-limited links, access is restricted by role, and every key action on a case is logged.
Your data is hosted in the US.
Raising an issue pauses payment while it's reviewed by our team, who work with both sides to reach a fair resolution.
Not yet. Integrations with scanners and lab systems are planned.
